Willis Towers Watson in Los Angeles seeks a Director in the Executive Compensation Consulting practice. You will manage consulting projects, oversee junior staff, and serve as project lead on smaller scopes while collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities include delivering multi‑client project management, drafting statements of work and budgets, and developing compensation programs that span annual and long‑term incentives.
Role Overview As a Director in the Executive Compensation Consulting practice, you will collaborate with some of the industry's top consultants while you develop deep and cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues, and overseeing and quality-reviewing junior staff's work. You may also serve as project lead on projects of smaller scope.
The scope of our projects may range from those focused solely on executive compensation (e.g., competitive compensation analyses, annual and long-term incentive design, pay-for-performance analyses, Board of Directors compensation) to those involving other lines of business such as M&A due diligence and integration, total rewards strategy design and optimization assessments.
You will also participate in and contribute to activities that support continued revenue growth of the Work & Rewards business and WTW overall. These activities may include supporting local, regional and/or national marketing events, performing industry/topical research and developing intellectual capital, and participating in our firm's industry and/or topical teams.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $124,000– $190,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
