WTW seeks a Director in Executive Compensation Consulting to lead marquee projects, design incentive programs, and mentor staff across multiple client engagements.
You will drive deliverables, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate on total rewards strategies while contributing to new business opportunities and thought leadership within the practice.

You will manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues, and overseeing and quality‑reviewing junior staff's work. You may also serve as project lead on projects of smaller scope.

The scope of our projects may range from those focused solely on executive compensation (e.g., competitive compensation analyses, annual and long‑term incentive design, pay‑for‑performance analyses, Board of Directors compensation) to those involving other lines of business such as M&A due diligence and integration, total rewards strategy design and optimization assessments.
You will also participate in and contribute to activities that support continued revenue growth of the Work & Rewards business and WTW overall. These activities may include supporting local, regional and/or national marketing events, performing industry/topical research and developing intellectual capital, and participating in our firm's industry and/or topical teams.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $124,000– $190,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short‑term incentive bonus.
