Job summary

CardWorks is seeking a Director of End User Compute (EUC) Support & Service Operations to lead the EUC and L1/L2 support teams. You will drive a culture of accountability, automation, and customer-centric service in a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will shape a multi-year roadmap, implement automation with ServiceNow, and partner with Infrastructure, Security, Risk, and Business Leadership to deliver measurable improvements in employee experience and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years IT experience including 5+ years leading multiple support teams.
• ITIL Foundation required; ITIL MP/PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with automation, self-service, workflow optimization, and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1 Service Desk and L2 EUC Support with focus on performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for support transformation and automation.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM and risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across EUC.
