Job summary

CardWorks Servicing LLC seeks a Director of End User Compute (EUC) Support & Service Operations to lead L1/L2 teams, drive automation, and transform EUC delivery in a highly regulated financial services setting.

You will own strategic IT service delivery, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration with Infrastructure, Engineering, Security, Risk, and executives to improve employee experience and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in leading multiple support teams.
• ITIL Foundation required; ITIL MP / PMP / Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, automation, knowledge management, endpoint management, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1 Service Desk and L2 EUC Support; own performance, workforce, and reliability metrics.
• Develop multi-year roadmap for transformation, automation, and service excellence.
• Drive ITIL/ITSM practices and KPIs; serve as escalation point for critical incidents.
• Drive automation, self-service, knowledge management, and workflow optimization.
• Mentor and develop EUC leaders; foster accountability and customer focus.
• Lead enterprise EUC initiatives from planning through adoption and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with FDIC, PCI-DSS, SOX, ITGC, SOC 1/2.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline

7+ years of progressive IT experience

5+ years leading multiple support teams and support leaders
