Job summary

Bank Forward is seeking a full-time ESOP/401(k) and stock plan administrator in Fargo, ND. You will lead ESOP administration, coordinate plan testing and filings, and oversee stock option plans to ensure compliant, efficient plan operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, with MBA preferred and CPA license desired. Strong communication with trustees and providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Active CPA license desired.
• Full-time, on-site role with ESOP, 401(k), stock plan, and deferred compensation administration.

Responsibilities

• ESOP administration as liaison to trustee/valuation firm/TPA; manage communications and cash-flow forecasts.
• 401(k) plan oversight: liaison to service provider; coordinate testing (ADP/ACP), filings, fee reviews.
• Stock plan administration: oversee Omnibus Stock Option Plan.
• Deferred compensation (409A) & BOLI: support plan operations; coordinate with carriers/advisors.
