Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Director of Equity Restaurants to lead the performance and health of our Equity Restaurant portfolio. You will set strategic direction for company-owned locations, ensuring excellence in execution, profitability, and customer experience across regions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams to align resources, drive accountability, and deliver top-tier results. A strong leader with 10+ years in operations will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, multi-unit leadership, or related field.
• Proven experience leading large, distributed teams and driving business performance.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and field execution, QSR experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-region field organization, including Region Coaches and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee performance across Equity Restaurants with accountability for sales, profitability, and KPIs.
• Directly impacts in-restaurant execution and team effectiveness across Equity locations.
• Translate enterprise strategy into operational plans for the Equity system and field.
