Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead fast, accurate service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Enforce safety codes and company policies.
• Assist with cash controls, inventory, and labor management.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide training.
• Maintain equipment and facilities using a preventative maintenance approach.
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Support execution of corporate and local marketing plans.
• Have authority to hire and fire or participate in those decisions.
• Recognize and motivate team members to perform at their best.
