Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the operationalization of GGF’s strategic plan from an Equity programmatic perspective.
• Oversee strategy evolution, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation for Equity grantmaking and movement work.
• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with the advisory network, movement actors, and peer organizations to guide equity program strategy.
• Lead in designing and deploying organizational learning and development programs for an intersectional grantmaking organization.
• Mentor and support the Programs team across multiple locations to maintain collaboration and accountability.
