The Laurels of Gahanna is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents and staff. You will oversee a team, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with infection control and facility regulations.

Qualificações

• Two years housekeeping experience in an institutional environment with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal environmental service regulations in long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all housekeeping and laundry associates.
• Develop routine cleaning schedules for guest rooms and common areas, plus large projects.
• Provide daily assignments to housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Maintain linen inventories.
• Ensure personal laundry is returned without damage.
• Dispose of trash and waste, including biohazards.
• Ensure cleaning products, equipment and procedures comply with regulations.
