Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Environmental Services/Maintenance Department.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and standards.
• Coordinate routine facility maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure work meets requirements and contracts.
• Maintain compliance with DPH, state, federal, local, building, fire, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Conduct required fire drills and maintain maintenance logs; participate in emergency planning.
