Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics across environmental services, collaborate with digital teams, and support marketing and business development.

You will build a team of practitioners, help evaluate analytics tools, manage IP/R&D investments, and coordinate with engineers, scientists and clients to deliver innovative solutions.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international teams to expand capabilities.
• Develop processes for evaluating ideas and potential innovation investments.
• Manage IP and R&D investments and connect to IP protection processes.
