Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to steer analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will collaborate with digital teams, SMEs, and client groups to develop analytics solutions and drive innovation.

You will guide practice growth, manage IP investments, and partner with marketing and sales to promote capabilities while leading a team of analytics practitioners across multiple disciplines to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must have extensive understanding of environmental analytics.
• Preferred: PE license or licensure in environmental/science fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver environmental data analytics solutions.
• Evaluate available data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Support marketing and business development for environmental data analytics.
• Work with sales teams and Trinnex on technical design and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Grow and manage environmental data analytics practitioners.
• Identify opportunities for IP and potential R&D investments.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver environmental solutions.
• Engage with industry groups to enhance technical visibility.
