Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Director of Corporate Operations to drive transformation, process discipline, and operational rigor at scale. You will lead major cross-functional programs from concept through completion, partnering with executive leadership to align operating models with rapid growth.

The role requires exceptional influence, strategic execution, and hands-on problem solving across Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive corporate operations, transformation, or program leadership.
• 7+ years at director level or above.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional initiatives (ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, M&A integration) from business case through rollout.
• Define program structure, milestones, and governance for multi-functional projects.
• Serve as senior escalation point to unblock stalled initiatives.
