Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or CFA/CPA/MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles, preferably in a semiconductor or tech-driven company.

Responsabilités

• Strategic financial partnering with leaders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze performance, variances, and KPIs; present actionable recommendations.
• Drive monthly and quarterly close and reporting.
• Develop business cases for new products, initiatives, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and R&D to align financial goals.
• Monitor risks and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
