Job summary

Simeon Global Consulting (SGC) is a woman-owned firm delivering emergency management, environmental, and tech-enabled services to federal, state, local, and commercial clients. The Technology Center of Excellence (CoE) unites GIS, data engineering, analytics, AI, enterprise apps, automation, and digital innovation to support all service lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Data Science/GIS/Geography or related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, consulting, digital transformation, GIS, engineering tech, or software development.
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience establishing enterprise technology governance and standards.
Experience delivering technology solutions for government or regulated industries.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, GIS & Geospatial Technologies, AI, Data Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Cloud Technologies, Automation, Digital Transformation.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SGC's enterprise technology strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead the Technology Center of Excellence as the organization's central technology and innovation function.
Advise the CEO on technology investments, innovation, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, AI, and digital transformation.
Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting growth and operational excellence.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across the CoE.
Establish enterprise architecture, governance, and technical standards.
Promote collaboration across business units including Emergency Management, Environmental Impact Solutions, and PMO.
Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, enterprise apps, and geospatial tech.
