Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or another technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible professional engineering/scientific experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and interfacing with contractors, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aerospace Enterprise Engineering teams to address Defense Programs challenges.
• Set objectives and communicate plans to subordinates and partner organizations.
• Direct staffing, budget planning, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Cultivate partnerships with government customers and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
