Qualifications

Job description

The Director of Enterprise Systems is responsible for the strategic leadership, architecture, optimization, and continuous evolution of the organization's Microsoft enterprise application ecosystem. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align enterprise systems with organizational objectives while driving digital transformation through automation, AI, and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across Dynamics 365 and has hands-on experience leveraging Microsoft AI Agents to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise roadmap, governance, and strategic direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications.
• Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM applications, as well as Power Platform solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into scalable technology solutions that support organizational growth.
• Drive enterprise architecture decisions across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, .NET applications, integrations, data platforms, and connected business systems.
• Champion the adoption of Microsoft AI Agents to improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, and customer experiences.
• Ensure alignment between Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and other business functions through integrated enterprise processes and data governance.
• Oversee enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365, third-party applications, data warehouses, and other business-critical platforms.
• Establish governance, security, compliance, and best practices for enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and system reliability.
• Lead cross-functional teams, external implementation partners, and technology vendors to successfully deliver enterprise initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for .NET-based applications, customizations, APIs, integrations, and extension strategies that support the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing modern technology solutions across the enterprise.
• Oversee system upgrades, testing, release management, user adoption, and organizational change management for enterprise systems.
• Develop and mentor high-performing enterprise systems teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Agents required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM applications required.
• Experience leading enterprise application architecture, integrations, and cloud-based solutions within the Microsoft technology stack required.
• Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform; including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing enterprise systems teams, large-scale implementations, and external technology partners required.
• Strong executive communication, strategic planning, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills required.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives through automation, AI, and modern enterprise technologies required.
