Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• Five or more years of progressive project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end project plans for acquisitions, new developments, major renovations, and transitions.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings and define readiness standards across operations, clinical, sales, marketing, HR, technology, finance and compliance.
• Report project status to the President and executive leadership with concise updates on progress, risks and next steps.
• Hold project owners accountable to deadlines and elevate unresolved issues to leadership.
• Lead on-site transition teams to ensure continuity of care and minimize disruption to residents, families, and staff.
