• 5+ years in formal manager-level roles overseeing global vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Health Informatics or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor teams, enforce SLAs, and ensure production uptime and data availability.
• Guide Oracle database enhancements, performance tuning, and PL/SQL development.
• Define and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architecture.
• Ensure HIPAA, PHI, and SOX governance across cloud environments.
• Translate clinical and payer workflows into data requirements and align with executives.
