Qualifications

• 5+ years in a formal manager-level role managing global external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Health Informatics, MIS, or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 Oracle DBA operations and vendor performance against SLAs.
• Define future-state data architecture and manage cloud modernization during migrations.
• Ensure HIPAA, PHI, and SOX compliance across data environments and privacy controls.
• Act as IT liaison to executives, aligning data initiatives with business goals.
