Job summary

Seattle Public Schools seeks a Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise business applications, BI, data warehouse, reporting, and analytics. You will oversee SAP systems, finance/HR/payroll applications, data integration, governance, and enterprise reporting to enable accurate, secure, timely information for operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise technology, business systems, BI, data warehouse, or analytics.
• Five (5) years of management experience leading professional, technical, and supervisory staff.
• Experience managing enterprise business applications supporting Data/BI, Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, or other operational functions.
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, migrations, or modernization efforts.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and professional service engagements.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, strategic plans, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise data, analytics, and business systems.
• Oversee data architecture, reporting, dashboards, and SAP landscape.
• Manage budgets, staff, contractors, and vendor partnerships.
• Establish governance processes, standards, and development methodologies.
