Job summary

Prairie View A&M University seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead planning, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the university’s enterprise application portfolio. The role oversees Ellucian Banner ERP and BI platforms, aligning roadmaps with the CIO and PVAMU’s strategic objectives.

You will supervise staff and manage MSP relationships, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least ten years of related experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Banner ERP and higher education IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise application roadmap aligned with CIO priorities.
• Lead governance for change management, release management, and SaaS adoption.
• Manage daily Banner ERP operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Oversee BI platforms and data strategy for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure security, compliance, and business continuity for enterprise applications.
• Lead vendor and MSP relationships and staff development.
