Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development, implementation, and management
• Experience with BI/institutional reporting and data integration
• CRM management experience is highly desirable; Salesforce a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports with regular feedback
• Oversee systems management of CRM, SIS, LMS, campus portal, intranet, and other enterprise applications to ensure uptime
• Oversee data warehouse and PowerBI reporting for high reliability
• Develop functional requirements and document data flows; ensure secure data integrations
• Lead project planning and resource allocation for enterprise system projects
