Martins Point Health Care is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to unify Health Plan Applications into one function, oversee core system configuration (QNXT, enrollment) and drive SDLC, DevOps, and secure development standards. You will lead the Enterprise Applications team, collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires 10+ years in health IT, strong leadership, and experience with vendor oversight and CRM platforms.

Formación

• Bachelors degree required; MBA/IS strongly preferred.
• 10+ years health plan/healthcare IT experience; 5+ years leading application teams; vended core system applications experience beneficial.
• Experience with Cognizant TriZetto QNXT configuration/administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unify Health Plan Applications into a single function with clear ownership.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of core health plan systems (QNXT, enrollment).
• Lead SDLC, DevOps, and secure development for custom apps and integrations.
• Manage Enterprise Salesforce/CRM platform with stakeholders.
• Guide enterprise architecture alignment and data strategies.
• Develop intake processes for tickets, backlog, and work types.
• Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate RFI/RFP opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data & Analytics and IT for readiness and rollouts.
