Job Overview

The Director of Enterprise Applications will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise applications including CRM, Finance/Accounting, Time & Expense, HRIS, Reporting/Analytics, and other related systems. This role requires a leader who is adept at stakeholder management, project management, and delivery within a global operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for enterprise applications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global operations and corporate support functions to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise applications.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of application projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and timelines.
  • Application Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize enterprise applications to enhance functionality, user experience, and business value.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise applications, ensuring compliance and security standards are maintained.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage reporting and analytics strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget and financial aspects of enterprise application projects and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of IT-related experience, including experience in enterprise applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of CRM, Finance/Accounting, HRIS, Reporting/Analytics systems, and related technologies.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record in project management and delivery, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive application optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with both on-prem and cloud-based applications, with involvement in technical landscape transformation.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies and/or project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a global operational context.
