The role demands hands-on leadership with expertise in ML, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI, managing a team of engineers and data scientists to advance scalable AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or analytics leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading Data Science, AI, or advanced analytics teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise across machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, automation, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise Data Science, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives across functions.
• Mentor a team of Full-Stack Data Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI practitioners.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver high-value analytics and AI use cases.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI and analytics solutions with measurable value.
• Oversee design, deployment, and operation of AI solutions and governance.
• Establish delivery roadmaps and value realization frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate governance processes and risk assessments for the AI program.
• Ensure Responsible AI, privacy, and regulatory compliance across solutions.
