NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVSUP) seeks a Director to provide executive leadership in scaling Advanced Manufacturing (AdvM) across the Naval Enterprise. You will apply program management and supply chain expertise to reduce single points of failure and improve fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience directing major industrial programs with scaling advanced technologies (additive/digital) from prototype to enterprise deployment.
• Expertise in DoD acquisition planning and development of commercial/IP/licensing models.
• 5+ years of executive level leadership directing major programs, digital supply chains, or enterprise logistics operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to scale Advanced Manufacturing across the Naval Enterprise.
• Accelerate certification of AdvM parts and direct rapid logistics transformation.
• Oversee program execution to transition AdvM from prototyping to an enterprise-wide capability.
