• 10+ years architecting, delivering, and scaling software products or services.
• Track record of forming culture, maintaining velocity, and maintaining operational discipline.
• Skilled at framing technical trade-offs and translating business needs into engineering outcomes.
• Comfortable both in guiding hands‑on technical work and elevating long‑term strategic thinking.

Pay Transparency Notice

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full‑time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range: $350,200 — $412,000 USD
