Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Energy Strategy & Development, New Markets to define and lead the energy strategy for Rowan's expanding data center portfolio. This role will own end‑to‑end market entry, site selection, grid and alternative energy solutions, regulatory engagement, and commercial execution.

As a senior leader, you will partner with utilities, TSOs, regulators, governments, customers, and internal teams to unlock capacity, mitigate risk, and accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, construction management, real estate, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years experience developing power infrastructure for large energy-intensive assets.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating interconnection, transmission, and long-term power agreements.
• Proven track record leading multi-team, multi-year initiatives with material business impact.
• Deep technical expertise in power infrastructure.
