Job summary

SEEL, LLC is seeking a Senior Director to lead a portfolio of energy efficiency and sustainability programs. The role combines client engagement, portfolio financial oversight, regulatory awareness, and people leadership to drive national growth.

The Senior Director translates portfolio strategy into measurable outcomes including verified savings, customer satisfaction, contractor performance, and budget performance. This role reports to executive leadership and collaborates across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Engineering, Public Policy, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or related sectors.
• Experience leading utility-funded energy efficiency portfolios across multiple program types.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple energy efficiency program portfolios.
• Direct portfolio execution across the full program lifecycle including enrollment, installation, QA/QC, and savings validation.
• Lead senior program managers to achieve contractual, financial, and performance objectives.
• Maintain and grow senior-level client relationships with utilities, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Prepare executive updates and strategic recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee revenue, margin, incentive spend, and budget-to-actual performance with finance.
