We are seeking a seasoned Director with at least five years of experience in conducting commercial due diligence to support private equity and corporate mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy markets, the broader energy value chain, and a honed ability to translate complex market and operational data into actionable investment insights for investment decision makers. This role requires deep analytical expertise, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and significant experience working with energy market data, commodity pricing, and regulatory frameworks. The expected compensation for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, plus eligibility for Capstone's annual bonus pool.
