Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related).
• Progressive healthcare leadership experience with specialty service lines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the service lines to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize care delivery and access.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Drive initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
