Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an Associate General Counsel (Director), Employment to serve as a senior legal advisor across the organization. This role provides strategic counsel on employment law risks, policies, and practices, with oversight of investigations and management of litigation.

The Director will focus on California and Georgia employment law, collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams, and support global employment initiatives. This role requires in-office presence 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of employment law experience with progression into leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of CA or GA employment law.
• Experience leading investigations and advising executives.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and leadership on employment matters and policy.
• Oversee workplace investigations and manage external counsel.
• Develop and deliver training programs on employment law and policies.
• Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and business leaders to advance objectives.
