Job summary

AllianceBernstein L.P. is seeking a Director of Organizational Development to partner with the Chief Talent Officer and lead the day-to-day administration and long-term strategy of employee experience programs across the firm.

You will oversee initiatives such as the employee survey platform, recognition program, onboarding, and AI talent initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation and high usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience.
• Strong leadership and team skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated advocacy for AI solutions to enhance workplace effectiveness.
• Experience administering engagement and pulse surveys and analyzing survey data.
• Proven track record of developing organizational development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee experience programs including engagement surveys, onboarding, and recognition.
• Monitor and analyze talent metrics to identify trends.
• Collaborate with technology product owners to implement tools for employee programs.
• Partner with Corporate Communications to execute campaigns and change management.
• Stay current with research and trends in organizational development.
• Align business-unit development with enterprise talent goals.
