Job summary

Harvard Business Publishing is seeking a strategic, innovative Director of Employee Experience to elevate the employee journey across the global organization. Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead the HR COE focused on internal communications, culture, inclusion, and talent development to strengthen engagement and organizational capability.
