Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Payments to lead strategy for emerging payment products and real-time payments modernization. You will own the product roadmap and collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful payment solutions.

You will translate business strategy into consumer digital products, drive customer value, and guide a cross-functional team to execute with a focus on scalable, resilient payment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• At least two years experience working in payments/money movement with Product Buildout.
• At least two years experience in People Management.
