Ron Sunshine Associates LLC in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Director of Emergency Services (RN) to lead our ED with a patient-centered, high-acuity focus and to drive strategy, operations and team performance.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and compliance, and foster a collaborative culture while advancing evidence-based clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities
