6 Degrees Search is seeking a Director of Emergency Services (RN) to lead our Emergency Department in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role drives strategic planning, operational management, and a high-performing team delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires current Arizona RN licensure (or Compact) with AZ endorsement, a BSN, and ED leadership experience; certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care are preferred. A Master's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Manage staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations.
• Enhance professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective team management.

Education
