The Director of Electrical Construction is responsible for overseeing the essential functions outlined as stated below in this job summary and job description. This individual will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring collaboration with the organization's leadership in the development of the Electrical Department, objectives, strategies, policies and procedures. This role is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across the electrical department. Will work to develop leaders, including PM's, Superintendents and General foreman. Wiil drive initiatives to build strong relationships with clients, GC's, and suppliers. The Director will set standards aligned with the applicable industry codes to advance operational excellence.
The Director of Electrical Construction will mentor any direct reports and supervisors enabling them to achieve a high level of proficiency and independence within the electrical department and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company.
