Job summary

Summit Interconnect, Inc. seeks a senior EHS leader to develop and sustain corporate EHS programs across multiple PCB manufacturing sites. You will establish standards, ensure compliance, and partner with general managers to build a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in EHS with 5+ years in leadership, PCB experience, and travel 25–50%. This role is full-time and onsite in North America, with a strong focus on regulatory excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years in leadership or multi-site oversight.
• PCB fabrication, electroplating, metal finishing, chemical processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. environmental and workplace safety requirements; Canadian familiarity preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and sustainment of corporate EHS programs across multiple PCB facilities.
• Establish standards, oversee regulatory compliance, reduce risks, and partner with plant GMs and cross-functional teams.
• Provide functional leadership to site EHS personnel and share best practices.
• Oversee OSHA, EPA, RCRA, Clean Water Act programs and environmental reporting.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and executive risk reporting.
• Drive training, safety culture, and cross-site improvement initiatives.
