The Director-Educational Operations will be responsible for working with educational leaders within the school and institution to ensure continuous quality improvement in educational programs, monitoring and reporting the progress and outcomes of the educational program, the scheduling and sequencing of the educational programs, and significant operational responsibilities related to implementation of all degree programs within the school. This will include working with the Office of the Dean to implement the educational programs and develop required accreditation reports. Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to foster an innovative and supportive educational environment.
Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in a health, social-science or related field with six (6) years of related experience to include education accreditation processes.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: N/A
Ability to successfully conceptualize, develop and execute the assessment, evaluation and reporting requirements related to an accreditation process. Results oriented, have analytical skills, be self-motivated and dependable and be able to assimilate new information. Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal and non-verbal communication. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
