Job Title: Director-Educational Operations
Job Summary: The Director-Educational Operations will be responsible for working with educational leaders within the school and institution to ensure continuous quality improvement in educational programs, monitoring and reporting the progress and outcomes of the educational program, the scheduling and sequencing of the educational programs, and significant operational responsibilities related to implementation of all degree programs within the school. This will include working with the Office of the Dean to implement the educational programs and develop required accreditation reports. Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to foster an innovative and supportive educational environment.
Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in a health, social-science or related field with six (6) years of related experience to include education accreditation processes.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: N/A
Preferred Qualifications: PhD and grant writing experience preferred.
Physical and Environmental Demands Requires occasional exposure to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and exposure to heat and cold, occasional handling or working with potentially dangerous equipment, occasional exposure to biohazardous conditions such as risk of radiation exposure, blood borne pathogens, fumes or airborne particles, and/or toxic or caustic chemicals which mandate attention to safety considerations, occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, constant work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional climbing, occasional crawling, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing/pulling, frequent reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
