Job summary

Hybrid work arrangement with travel to schools and meetings; heavy liaison work with LEAs and schools to implement ESEA/IDEA programs and related grants. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field mandatory.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with federal/state education programs or grants is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to explain complex guidance to school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal/state government programs serving 50+ archdiocesan schools and provide technical assistance to school leaders.
• Coordinate applications, ensure compliance, and maximize funding opportunities.
• Lead participant meetings with LEAs and facilitate school feedback in grant processes.
• Develop tracking systems for applications, awards, budgets, spenddown, and reporting across fiscal years.
• Support advocacy efforts for government programs benefiting non-public schools.
