Job summary

Motion seeks a Director of eBusiness Technology to lead a team of integration specialists focusing on eprocurement, EDI, and XML-based integrations with customers and suppliers. The role requires expert knowledge of ebusiness platforms and strong leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or IT and 10+ years of experience managing and developing integration teams, with hands-on experience in OCI, XML, Punchout, and EDI.

Responsibilities

• Directly partner with business leaders to plan ebusiness solutions.
• Develop and manage teams of integration and eBusiness specialists.
• Prioritize customer and supplier integrations per business priorities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts and Motion Digital teams to prioritize integrations.
• Lead initiatives for next generation integration solutions.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party marketplaces (Ariba, Perfect Commerce, Hubwoo).
