Job summary

Summary

The Director of the Early Steps Program provides strategic operational and clinical leadership for the Broward County Early Steps programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities while maintaining full compliance with IDEA Part C state regulations and contractual requirements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in public health, social work, early childhood healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Experience

• Seven years of leadership experience in early intervention healthcare or human services.
• Experience with Early Steps or similar IDEA Part C programs strongly preferred.
