Job summary

Centre Technologies seeks a Director of Business Applications Sales to lead the sales strategy for the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio, with emphasis on Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role accelerates revenue, expands customer relationships, and strengthens Microsoft and ISV partnerships while coordinating across sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams.

The candidate will bring direct leadership of sales within a Dynamics BC or NAV partner, with a deep understanding of ERP

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of enterprise technology, ERP, or business applications sales experience.
• Three or more years of experience leading a sales team.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or NAV partner.
• Proven track record achieving revenue, gross profit, pipeline and new-customer goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Applications sales organization and develop GTM strategy.
• Manage forecasts, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Microsoft, ISVs, and partners on co-sell programs.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and existing customer expansion.
• Build repeatable sales plays for BC migrations and renewals.
• Partner with delivery and marketing to align revenue with capacity.
