Job summary

Advise senior leaders, coordinate with colleges, HR, and community partners, and drive data-informed improvements to attract and retain exceptional faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience or Master's degree and two years of experience.
• Experience in higher education, human services, career services, workforce development, human resources, community engagement, or employee and faculty support.
• Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide initiatives, advising senior leaders, supporting recruitment and retention, cultivating partnerships, and assessing program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide institution-level leadership for a comprehensive strategy that strengthens faculty recruitment, transition, engagement, and retention.
• Establish the vision, infrastructure, partnerships, and service standards for the dual career and faculty family support portfolio.
• Advise senior academic leaders and coordinate with colleges, HR, and campus/community partners to address barriers and policy recommendations.
