Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-develops the strategic plan for the Program, including the business plan, financial model, organizational structure, and operations.
• Collaborates with UAB SR leaders to prioritize objectives across projects related to commercialization and startup growth.
• Provides written reports, forecasts, budgets, and program evaluation as requested.
• Plans and coordinates a market re-launch for the Program in FY 2027 Q1.
• Leads hiring plans to grow the program team and drives licensing and partnerships for investigational companies.
