Job summary

Cenovus is seeking a Director, Site Projects Execution in Ohio to lead a portfolio of refinery projects across US sites, coordinating design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning while ensuring safety, quality, reliability and cost performance. Travel up to 33% and relocation to Dublin, Toledo, or Lima may be required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in refinery or similar oil/petrochemical industry.
• Experience supervising, influencing, and collaborating with diverse internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops team members across the US and Canadian refining sites to deliver a portfolio of projects.
• Drives teams to engineer, procure, construct, and commission projects within approved budgets and safety standards.
• Oversees the project controls organization supporting all project stages.
• Owns the Capital Project Process and improves work processes for design, construction and turnover.
• Drives life-cycle quality and value with efficient engineering and construction strategies.
• Coordinates with leadership and site teams to align objectives and performance.
