Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience with at least 7 years in commercial loans/workout.
• Strong credit, asset management and restructuring capabilities required.
• Ability to independently drive complex workouts and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead workout strategies for distressed middle-market loans with risk mitigation focus.
